Rana Tajamal Hussain Tajamal Hussain is an Agricultural Engineer and acquired M. Phil degree in Water Resources Management from University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore. He has over 34 years’ professional experience in planning, designing, strategizing, coordinating, and implementing On Farm Water Management development projects. He started his service career as Assistant Director (Liaison) and served at various key positions such as Deputy District Officer (OFWM), Deputy Director Agriculture (OFWM) and Director Agriculture (OFWM). He performed pivotal role in policy making and monitoring of development portfolio. |

Hafiz Qaisar Yasin Hafiz Qaisar Yasin holds two master degrees one in Sustainability and Climate Policy from Australia on Australia Awards Program and other in Water Resources Management from AIT, Thailand on Netherlands Awards. He has over 13 years of experience in planning, designing and implementation of projects that focuses on natural resources management, climate resilient agriculture, environmental conservation, precision farming, and climate-water governance. As a lead Planning, his major responsibilities include collaborating with international development partners such as the World Bank, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Asian Development Bank, and International Water Management Institute for innovative project design, mobilizing climate finance, and execution of schemes aimed at helping vulnerable farming communities to adapt to climate-smart practices. He has attended international trainings and conferences for knowledge exchange and professional development. |

Ch. Muhammad Rafi Ch. Muhammad Rafi holds a M.A (Economics) degree from Punjab University and currently serves as the head of the Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) Cell and Focal Person for ICT-related tasks within the Agriculture Department. In addition, he has been appointed to address complaints received through the Pakistan Citizen Portal and act as the Public Information Officer. Prior to this, he worked as the Personal Staff Officer (Technical) to the Secretary of Agriculture for a decade. The individual has also attended various international trainings and conferences to further their professional development. Earlier in his career, he served as a Computer Programmer and Assistant Director of Community Development. |

Shafiq-ur-Rehman Shafiq-ur-Rehman possessed master degree in Sociology from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad and have over 20 years of working experience of Federal and Provincial Government in the field of Socio-Economic Research, agriculture, Planning and Development, water management, training and rural development covering feasibility studies, data analysis, monitoring & evaluation of development projects. While working at Planning Commission of Pakistan he contributed in preparation of Mid-Term Evaluation of 9th Five Year Plan (Agriculture, Food and Water), drafting of Agriculture Chapter Baluchistan Vision document, and preparation of Report of the Prime Minister’s Task Force on Food Security. He has author/ co-author of 13 publications. |
