  • Establishing a Plant Genome Lab and Speed Breeding Facility to accelerate the breeding cycle and enable precise genetic improvements for high-yielding, disease-resistant, and climate-resilient crops.
  • Adopting AI, IoT, and drone-based precision agriculture for real-time data collection and analysis, leading to better decision-making, optimized resource use, and improved farm productivity.
  • Strengthening germplasm conservation and seed physiology research to ensure long-term preservation of genetic diversity, enhance seed quality, and develop improved storage solutions for better seed viability.
  • Building research capacity, fostering international collaboration, and promoting sustainable infrastructure through solar-powered facilities and enhanced mobility to support efficient field research and innovation.
