- To develop the Crop Reporting Service Punjab into a modern, fully digital and climate-intelligent system that delivers timely, accurate, and actionable crop and climate information for informed decision-making.
- The service will integrate mobile-based field data collection, real-time dashboards, and a state-of-the-art GIS and Remote Sensing unit to monitor crop conditions, land use, and productivity.
- It will systematically incorporate climate reporting and impact assessment, including droughts, floods, heat stress, and rainfall variability, to support climate-resilient agriculture, food security, disaster risk management, and farmer livelihoods, positioning Punjab as a leader in data-driven agricultural and climate governance authority.
